本規約は、本アプリの開発者（以下「開発者」）が提供する iOSアプリケーション「modith8」（以下「本アプリ」）の 利用に関する条件を定めるものです。 本アプリをご利用いただいた時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
本アプリは現状有姿（as-is）で提供されます。 開発者は、事前の予告なく本アプリの機能の変更、 追加、停止、または終了を行う場合があります。 これによりユーザーに生じた損害について、 開発者は責任を負いません。
開発者は、以下の事項について一切の責任を負いません。
本アプリは、ユーザーが選択した動画の変換処理をすべて端末内で行い、 開発者のサーバーへ動画データを送信することはありません。 変換結果（動画）は、ユーザーの操作に基づき 端末の写真ライブラリにのみ保存されます。 アプリ内の各種設定はユーザーの端末上にのみ保存され、 iCloud等を介した同期は行いません。 データの管理・バックアップはユーザーの責任において行ってください。
本アプリは、カスタムモノカラー・カスタムバイカラー等の追加コンテンツを 解除するアプリ内課金（買い切り型）を提供する場合があります。
本アプリに関する著作権その他の知的財産権は、 開発者（tinypixelmonster／HIRAKAWA Daisuke）に帰属します。 ユーザーは本アプリを複製・改変・再配布することはできません。
ユーザーは以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
開発者は必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。 変更後の規約はアプリ内に掲示した時点で効力を生じます。 変更後も本アプリをご利用いただいた場合、 変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。
本規約は日本法に準拠します。 本アプリに関して生じた紛争については、 開発者の所在地を管轄する裁判所を 第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the conditions for using the iOS application "modith8" ("the App"), provided by the App's developer ("the Developer"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
The App is provided "as-is." The Developer may change, add to, suspend, or discontinue features of the App at any time without prior notice. The Developer is not liable for any damages this may cause to users.
The Developer is not liable for any of the following:
All video conversion processing in the App happens entirely on your device. The App does not transmit your videos to the Developer's servers. Converted output (videos) is saved only to your device's Photos library, based on your own actions. App settings are stored only on your device and are not synced via iCloud or any other service. You are responsible for managing and backing up your own data.
The App may offer in-app purchases (one-time, non-consumable) that unlock additional content such as the Custom Monocolor and Custom Bicolor palettes.
All copyrights and other intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Developer, tinypixelmonster (HIRAKAWA Daisuke). Users may not copy, modify, or redistribute the App.
Users must not:
The Developer may revise these Terms as necessary. Revised Terms take effect once posted within the App. Continued use of the App after a revision constitutes agreement to the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Developer's location as the court of first instance.
