iOSアプリケーション「modith8」（以下「本アプリ」）は、開発者 tinypixelmonster（HIRAKAWA Daisuke、以下「開発者」）が提供します。 本アプリは、ユーザーが選択した動画・静止画の変換処理をすべて 端末内（オンデバイス）で行い、動画・静止画データを開発者や 第三者のサーバーへ送信することは一切ありません。
本アプリは、氏名・メールアドレス等の個人を特定できる情報を 収集しません。広告用識別子（IDFA）の取得やトラッキング、 アクセス解析SDK（Firebase Analytics等）の組み込みも行っていません。
本アプリのアプリ内課金（買い切り型）は Apple の StoreKit を通じて処理されます。 購入・返金・復元に関する情報は Apple により管理され、開発者は 決済に必要な範囲を超えてユーザーの個人情報や購入履歴を取得しません。 返金に関するお問い合わせは Apple のサポートへ直接ご連絡ください。
本アプリは広告配信・分析目的を含め、ユーザーのデータを 第三者へ提供・共有することはありません。
本アプリはユーザーデータをサーバー側で保持しません。 アプリ内設定を削除したい場合は、iOSの設定からアプリを アンインストールしてください。端末内の設定情報も併せて削除されます。

The iOS application "modith8" (the "App") is provided by tinypixelmonster (HIRAKAWA Daisuke, the "Developer"). All video and photo processing happens entirely on-device. The App never uploads your video or photo data to the Developer's servers or any third party.
The App does not collect personally identifiable information such as your name or email address. It does not access the advertising identifier (IDFA) and does not include any tracking or analytics SDKs (e.g. Firebase Analytics).
The App's one-time in-app purchase is processed entirely through Apple's StoreKit. Purchase, refund, and restore information is managed by Apple; the Developer does not collect personal data or purchase history beyond what is required for the transaction itself. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly.
The App does not share or sell your data to any third party for advertising, analytics, or any other purpose.
The App does not retain any user data on a server. To remove locally stored settings, simply uninstall the App from your device.
